The Lounsbury Group has been proudly serving New Brunswick for over 140 years and has become a staple in many communities around the province.

The Lounsbury story began as one small store on a wharf in Newcastle in 1878. Lounsbury Group now owns and operates five General Motors dealerships, a BMW/MINI dealership, a Volkswagen dealership, an Audi dealership, a Ford dealership, a pre-owned dealership, two heavy-duty truck dealerships representing Volvo and Mack, and two furniture retail stores. The organization has grown to employ over 500 employees offering challenging and rewarding positions in merchandising, business administration, sales and the trades. It is led by President and CEO, Ed McNally, who has with Lounsbury Group since 1995.

There is an old saying – The First Hundred Years Are The Hardest – which may or may not be true – in any event Lounsbury Group now looks forward to its next 100 years with enthusiasm and optimism and thanks the many wonderful customers and suppliers for their support over the years.
